We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

How should I care for my Rails garments?
To maintain the quality of our signature fabrics, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the internal garment tag. Most of our rayon and linen blends are best hand-washed cold or dry cleaned.
